At least for Austrians dark bread is a daily food! But is became normal just to buy it in the supermarkets and many are taking it for granted.
But where is bread comming from? How is it made and what does it contain?
Together with Michael Geißler you can learn that in the Gästedorf. Directly in our kitchen bread can be made and of course eaten too. Bet you that it will taste wonderful!
We will use only natural biological ingrediants and bake the bread after old original recipies, without additives.
Especially for our kids it is very interessting to see what really is inside our daily foods. And maybe the course will animate someone to bake their own bread in the future.
