Smoking and alcohol ban for young people in the entire village area

General smoking ban in the rooms, common rooms and in the sanitary facilities. Working with an open fire (with the exception of the grill station) is strictly prohibited.

The tenants are responsible for cleaning the rooms and the sanitary areas during their stay. It is requested to empty the rubbish bins before departure. In the case of heavy soiling, a cleaning fee of 10 euros will be charged .

The guests are responsible for keeping the area clean. There is a garbage disposal station with labeled garbage containers. We ask the course management to ensure compliance.

Please leave the kitchen and lounge clean! This also includes washing up the used dishes!

The guest village Waldheimat assumes no liability for damage to persons or property of the guests. Likewise for lost items.

The tenants are liable for all kinds of damage. Please report any existing defects immediately when moving into the room.

The rooms are occupied from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, vacations must be made by 10 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest. Luggage can be stored up to or after this time.

It is strictly forbidden to bring animals of any kind without prior agreement. However, dogs, for example, are possible in the village by prior arrangement and for a cleaning fee of 4 euros per day.

It is forbidden to enter any building with inline skates.

The village is quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. This must be adhered to!

In the event of major or repeated violations of the village rules, the management of the guest village Waldheimat reserves the right to expel the tenant. In this case, the rooms must be paid for for the entire duration of the contract.
